Ay Chung Flour Rice Noodle (阿宗面线)

With the help of the guide book, we managed to have a taste of the famous Ah Chung Flour Rice Noodles (In Singish, we will call it Ah Zhong Mee Sua), it has a rather thick soup full of noodles and the chewy pig intestine. Do remember to give it a try if you happen to be in the area.
